What file formats does Tranzlytic support?
Six formats: PDF, DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, EPUB, and Markdown (MD). Each format has its own processing logic to preserve tables, images, footnotes, and structure — not just raw text.

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime from Settings. After cancellation, you can still use the service until the end of the current billing cycle. No cancellation fees, no obligations.

How long does it take to translate a file?
Depends on length and complexity. A 30-page document usually completes in 1–2 minutes. Longer files (200–300 page books) may take 10–30 minutes depending on the queue. Everything runs in a background queue — you can upload your next file while the previous one is translating.
