Welcome to Tranzlytic. By using our service, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions set forth in this document. Please read carefully before using the service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Tranzlytic service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our service.

2. Service Description

Tranzlytic provides document translation services using artificial intelligence technology. The service includes: • Multi-format document translation (PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) • Support for multiple languages • Processing and storage of translated documents • Additional features according to each service plan We reserve the right to change, suspend, or terminate any part of the service without prior notice.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for: • Providing accurate and up-to-date information when registering an account • Securing your login information • Using the service legally and in accordance with permitted purposes • Not uploading content that violates copyright, is illegal, or harmful • Not using the service to create fraudulent, spam, or malicious content • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Tranzlytic platform, including but not limited to logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and source code, is owned by Tranzlytic or our licensors. You retain ownership of the original documents you upload. However, by using the service, you grant Tranzlytic the right to use, process, and store your documents to provide translation services. The translations created belong to you, but you are not permitted to copy, distribute, or resell our service.

5. Additional Terms

5.1. Payment

Some features of the service require payment. You agree to pay all fees clearly stated at registration. Prices may change and we will notify you at least 30 days in advance. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

5.2. Service Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time if you violate these terms or engage in inappropriate behavior. You may cancel your account at any time through account settings.

5.3. Limitation of Liability

Tranzlytic provides the service "as is" and does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely accurate. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.

5.4. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately after posting. Your continued use of the service after changes are made is considered acceptance of the new terms.

5.5. Subscription Upgrade Policy

When you upgrade from your current paid plan to a higher tier: All remaining budget (credits/files) from your current plan will be lost and will not be transferred to the new plan. The new plan will be activated immediately with completely fresh budget. The usage period of the new plan will be calculated from the upgrade time. Does not apply to upgrades from Free plan to paid plans. To optimize costs, we recommend using up your current budget before upgrading. By upgrading your plan, you confirm that you understand and accept this policy.
