Privacy Policy

We collect the following types of information: • Account information: Name, email, encrypted password, and payment information • Usage information: Translation history, uploaded documents, and language preferences • Technical information: IP address, browser type, device, and operating system • Cookies and similar tracking technologies We collect only the information needed to provide and improve our service.

We use your information to: • Provide and maintain translation services, including translated files with layout preservation • Process your translation requests through our AI partners under confidentiality agreements • Send service notifications, updates, and change notices • Improve service quality and develop new features • Process payments and manage accounts • Meet legal obligations • Prevent fraud and abuse We do not sell your personal information to third parties. File content is processed only to provide the service you requested.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational security measures: • HTTPS (TLS) in transit • Files stored on our servers are encrypted with AES-256-GCM (server-managed key) • During translation the file is briefly decrypted for processing and the temporary copy is deleted immediately afterwards • Data separated by user_id (each user can only access their own files) • API access controlled with JWT • A scheduled worker removes expired translations (60 days after completion) • You can delete a translation job from your account; the related files are then removed by the system process An honest note: encryption at rest protects against a lost disk or a leaked backup, but not against a compromise of our own systems — to serve you, the service must hold the decryption key. Content to be translated is also sent to an AI provider for processing. No system is 100% secure: do not upload highly confidential documents if your organisation's policy forbids cloud services.

You have the following rights over your data: • Access: Request a copy of the personal information we store • Correction: Update your account information at any time • Deletion: Request deletion of your account and data • Objection: Object to certain forms of data processing • Portability: Request transfer of your data to another service To exercise these rights, contact us at tranzlytic@gmail.com.

We use cookies and similar technologies to: • Maintain your login session • Remember your preferences and settings • Analyze service usage to improve your experience • Provide personalized content You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect service functionality.

We may share your information with: • AI partners: To process the file or text content you submit for translation, under confidentiality agreements • SePay: To process plan and credit purchases in Vietnam; Tranzlytic does not store full card details on its servers • Email providers such as Resend: To send OTPs, invoices, and care campaigns you have subscribed to • Cloud and hosting infrastructure: To host the application and temporary files • Legal authorities: When required by law We do not sell your email address or file content to advertisers.

• Account and history metadata: Retained while you use the service or as required by law • The file you upload: Kept for 60 days, then removed by the scheduled cleanup (the same applies if the job fails or is cancelled) • Translated files: Kept for 60 days after completion, then removed from our servers by the cleanup worker. After that the job remains in your history but the file can no longer be downloaded • Deleting a job: removes its translated file immediately • Account deletion requests: Removed or anonymized through our support process unless retention is legally required

Our service is not intended for children under 13, or the minimum age required by local law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that a child's information was collected without parental consent, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through a website notice or email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
